Pricing FAQ

Questions, answered

Your jurisdiction falls into one of four population tiers, each with a single flat annual price: Small County (under 50,000) at $8,000, Mid County (50,000–250,000) at $22,000, Large County (250,000–1,000,000) at $55,000, and Metro/Regional (over 1,000,000) at $110,000. Every tier includes the full platform and unlimited user accounts — you always know exactly what you'll pay.

Correct. Every plan includes unlimited user accounts. We don't believe in per-seat pricing for emergency management — your entire team needs access, including part-time staff and volunteers who activate during events. Add as many users as you need.

Yes. Every tier includes a monthly allocation of SMS credits and voice minutes via Twilio, plus AI analysis and video-processing allowances. Email and push notifications are unlimited. These are soft limits — if a large activation pushes you past your allocation, service never stops mid-emergency; any overage is simply reconciled at renewal. Higher tiers include larger allocations, and top-up packs are available if you consistently need more.

In most cases, yes. Our pricing maps cleanly to common funding sources — the Emergency Management Performance Grant (EMPG), Homeland Security Grant Program (HSGP), and FEMA Public Assistance. We provide grant-ready quotes and documentation so your subscription can be paid from budget you already have.

Implementation is quoted separately based on agency size and complexity. It includes agency configuration and branding, user provisioning, role setup, data migration assistance, administrator training, end-user training sessions, and go-live support.

Yes. We provide quotes, statements of work, and documentation formatted for government procurement processes. We work with cooperative purchasing agreements and can support sole-source justification when applicable.

Annual agreements are standard, with multi-year options available at preferred pricing. Multi-year agreements lock in your rate and provide budget predictability.

Every agency — regardless of size or tier — receives 24/7 support during activations at no additional charge. When your team is responding, our team is standing by. No add-on required.
